About CoVest Sourcing Network
CoVest Sourcing Network is a Group Purchasing Organization. CoVest provides pre-negotiated agreements, for a company’s indirect goods and services, which can be rapidly implemented for immediate savings. The CoVest business model is to aid a consortium of large corporations in driving down costs of purchased materials and services through the CoVest Sourcing Network (CSN). It also serves as a cost containment resource through the deployment of highly experienced operational consultants.
CoVest leverages the spend of member companies on a variety of indirect materials and services categories to provide members access to best-in-class pricing and value. The premise that CoVest is built on is providing members with an option to source their indirect categories that provides more attractive pricing, is easy to execute and frees up their staff to focus on more difficult strategic categories. The current members have a total annual revenue of over $166 billion and average over $7 billion. Future expansion of indirect categories is driven by the needs of member firms and is decided at periodic member meetings. There are no upfront costs, long term commitments or investments required to join CSN.
